Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.
This applies only to 'in stock' items as they appear on the webstore. Custom orders or alterations are unable to be cancelled or refunded, so please check measurements and details carefully. We will work closely with you to ensure the accuracy of custom orders and that you're happy with the design before we proceed to making.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
We currently offer UK postage via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Once your purchase is completed you will receive a follow up email with tracking details. Ear to the Hound assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control

Returns Policy
Ear to the Hound accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Ear to the Hound without the prior written consent of Ear to the Hound, customers are responsible for postage costs of returning an item. We recommend you use a tracked and insured service to return your item.
Liability
