Do you make custom length long lines and leads?
We do! Every lead is made to order, so we can make longer or shorter custom lengths. For long lines click here to add extra length. For other leads please contact us for a custom length quote.
Do you make custom leads?
We love working with dog guardians to make custom designs to suit their needs. This includes things like custom clips, heavy duty leads, custom lettering, colours and lengths. Please contact us to chat about what you have in mind.
Lead time - how long will my order take to be dispatched?
Each lead is made to order by myself in my North London studio. I aim to keep all components for items in our web shop in stock and ready to make, so normally your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. Occasionally I may be awaiting stock of some components, you will be informed immediately upon ordering if this is the case with an updated lead time and an option to cancel your order if you'd rather not wait.
Delivery - How will I receive my order?
We currently offer UK postage via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Once your purchase is completed you will receive a follow up email with tracking details. Please contact us for EU or international shipping options and rates.
Returns - Can I return my order?
Ear to the Hound accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
Please first contact us via email to let us know you'd like to return your item. Customers are responsible for postage costs of returning an item, we recommend you use a tracked and insured service to return your item. Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds for items that do not reach us.
Can I cancel an order?
You are free to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched and will receive a refund via your original payment method, please contact us via email at carla@eartothehound.com to do this. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return your order as per directions above.
This applies only to 'in stock' items as they appear on the web store. Custom orders or alterations are unable to be cancelled or refunded, so please check measurements and details carefully. We will work closely with you to ensure the accuracy of custom orders and that you're happy with the design before we proceed to making.
